More than 50% of tests on the Russian market are falsified - protocols are issued without real tests. We are working to solve this problem:

IT platform

Data from instruments will be uploaded directly to the laboratory's personal account with timestamps and GPS coordinates - manual modification of results is impossible.

Transparency

Customers (developers, government agencies) will be able to see the entire testing path: when the instrument was on site, what data was obtained, who performed the tests.

Most of the equipment has TIP SI status or is in the process of state approval. Some equipment is auxiliary and does not require mandatory TIP SI certification - we provide calibration for such instruments, as for all others. This is often sufficient for operation.

M-Instrument performs calibration of its instruments in-house.

Equipment company is released from calibration at our expense — no additional charge.

Verification is performed by arrangement at the TsSM (Centre for Standardisation and Metrology) and is paid separately.

Up to 20 business days when parts are in stock. When ordering parts, the period is extended by the delivery time.

Spare parts

Critical spare parts are kept in stock in Russia for fast replacement.

We are piloting a Trade-In programme and accept applications for exchanging old equipment. The process:

1. You submit an application describing your current equipment
2. We assess the condition, model and relevance of the instrument
3. We decide whether to approve the Trade-In (at our discretion)
4. If approved, we provide a discount on new equipment and take the old one

Our customers can come to our office and undergo the minimum sufficient training to work with the instruments. The training is free.

We also publish video materials on instrument operation on the website and on social media.

All equipment is covered by the official manufacturer's warranty for 12 months. All necessary warranty documents are provided.

Yes. All instruments purchased from us can be brought in for service and repair after the warranty period ends.

Return possible upon discovery manufacturing defect beyond repair.

Equipment of proper quality is non-returnable under Russian Federation law on technically complex goods.
