We provide warranty and post-warranty service and repair of products sold by the company. Our principle is fast, high-quality repair. Diagnostic time is up to 10 business days; repair, when parts are available, no more than 20 business days.

What needs to be sent

The customer sends the instrument at their own expense with a full set of documents. Instruments are accepted in full configuration and clean condition.

Service-department regulations

Verification/calibration and warranty/post-warranty repair are decided only based on diagnostic results.

Diagnostic time - up to 10 business days from the date the instrument is received. After diagnostics, the customer receives a notification with results and repair options.

After diagnostics, an invoice is issued for diagnostics and any repair/metrology. In some cases - after work is completed.

Service department has the right to recognize the repair non-warranty when improper storage or operating conditions are detected, as well as in case of failure due to fault Customer.

Warranty repair time - 30 business days from when the manufacturer receives the instrument (parts permitting), including diagnostics time.

Non-warranty repair times for non-warranty cases are agreed individually with the customer.

If parts must be ordered, manufacturing time, logistics and approximate delivery time are agreed with the customer.

If verification is not required after repair, the customer signs a written waiver of verification.

Verification and calibration are performed by M-Instrument LLC or partners. Results are entered in FGIS "ARSHIN".

Issuance of devices - only after receiving payment invoices for repairs or diagnostics (except in warranty cases).

Issuance of devices transferred by a legal entity - if available original power of attorney with appropriate credentials and passports.

Claims regarding repair and service work are accepted within 14 days after receipt of the instrument Customer.

Metrology

Calibration and verification of instruments

M-Instrument LLC performs initial calibration in-house and annual verification at TsSM centres by arrangement with the customer.

Verification time - up to 45 business days

The time is counted from payment receipt by M-Instrument LLC until results appear in FGIS "ARSHIN".

From September 24, 2020, in accordance with Federal Law No. 496-FZ, confirmation of verification results is electronic entry to FGIS "ARSHIN". Verification certificates and unsuitability notices are issued only upon written request.

Send devices for verification strictly with the instruction manual — the verification mark is placed in the manual.

Check verification status: fgis.gost.ru/fundmetrology/cm/results — provide the instrument's serial number.

Yes, you can have verification done at accredited TsSM centres on your own.
