We provide a standard 12-month warranty on all equipment. The warranty covers free repair or replacement in case of manufacturing defects, as well as technical support.

Yes, we conduct comprehensive staff training on the equipment and software. Training can take place either at your site or at our laboratory in Simferopol or Krasnodar. We publish videos featuring our laboratory equipment on the website and on social media.
Yes, we offer a range of financial solutions, including instalment plans and leasing for testing laboratory equipment. Instalments are available for 3 and 6 months with a simple agreement step. Leasing allows longer deferral periods.
